• Data Retention and Deletion
  • Deleted automatically: we only saved users' content data generated from usage for 7 days in the case that user doesn't request for extra retention specifically;
  • Deleted by a user: for example, if the user requests to delete the Qquest account, the conversation history on what the user queried before will be removed immediately;
  • Deleted by a user and retained for some period: for example, users' billing information will be retained for a month in case the user need to recover for it.
• Links to third-party services: Our Services may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Except where we post, link to or expressly adopt or refer to this Privacy Notice, this Privacy Notice does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, any personal information practices of third-party websites and online services or the practices of other third parties.
